Over looking St. Mogue's Well and the old abbey is this church ruin. It is said that it did not appear in a document detailing the buildings of Ferns made in 1537 and so the church must have been built sometime after that date.
Despite its late construction it does have a couple of interesting windows. One, in the south wall is a nice round-headed Romanesque window and the other is the east gable windows which appear to be Gothic. The Romanesque window must have come from another church in the area and the Gothic windows are thought to have been robbed from the abbey.
