Reask cross pillar is one of the finest around. It stands just under 2m tall and is about 40cm broad.
The cross has an encircled cross with equal length arms, with spiral designs like a larger version of the Kilfountan cross pillar.
There is an inscription reading DNE (Domine) on the west face along with the cross. There is also a little cut out in the side. This was used in the performance of marriage ceremonies in a similar way to many holed stones. Here the couple could obviously not hold hands through the hole, but instead embraced fingers in the notch.
There are two small cross slabs standing nearby.
