This is a strange site. From the road you can see a great slab standing on end on a small rise in the field. When you reach this rise you can then see the rest of the wedge tomb lying in some holly trees at the rear of the field.
The upright slab would appear to be the erected roof slab from the tomb, which is about 3m in length.
The tomb shows signs of a small portico, but as it is right up against the fence it is quite difficult to be sure.
On a mound just 50m away is the ruins of another wedge tomb.
