It is always good to find a bullaun that is marked as being in a field because they are so often moved because they interfere with modern farming machinery and methods. This one is no exception and has indeed been moved.
Situated originally next to a lovely babbling stream it now rests, standing on edge, against a tree and some other field clearance.
The stone is about 1m (Wide) x 40cm (Deep) x 15cm (Thick) and has two lovely equally size bullauns in it, each about 25cm across and 10cm deep.
