There are some very strong looking defenses remaining here but they are very difficult to see and appreciated properly due to the road running so close to the site.
The stone covered banks are about 1.5m tall but hard to distinguish from field walls.

From Goresbridge head east along the R702. Where the main road takes a sharp right continue straight on. 300m along this road take the righthand fork. Continue to the end of the road. Turn left up the R705 and head north and turn right at the third opportunity. When you reach the t-junction the fort is on your right.
