This is a disappointing stone! It's good that it still stands, but the Ogham is only just visible and not really legible.

The stone itself has almost fallen (luckily with the Ogham upwards) and is just 1m tall. When the crops in this field have grown to full height you will not see the stone from the gate.

Directions

Take the N81 south until you enter Rathvilly and turn left. At the first cross roads turn left again and continue for about 500m. The ogham stone is 300m inside a field to your left about 80m from the southern field boundary.
