Just outside the wall that surrounds the passage tombs on Baltinglass Hill is this peculiar stone. It is about 1.5m tall.

I ventured over to this stone today, because today there was no risk of me being blown off the summit. This is a curious, curious stone and there are several others around it. From a distance these others look as though they could be in a circle, but closer inspections shows them to be fairly randomly placed.
