Not a very inspiring ruin. A good view of the henge is available from the rear of the church yard, but there was no sign of the motte marked on the OS.

From Borris in Ossory take the R435 south. Take the first right (3km) and take the right fork at the next junction. Continue until you reach an odd fourway junction. Turn right and the church is about 150m along.
