Situated right beside the road bridge over the Liffey well head is in quite a picturesque location. The whole riverside walk was apparently done up in 2000 and consequently vandalised in 2001.
I have since found out that the well is further along the bank than the spout by some 250m. I will stop off again next time I'm passing.

_Park in Kilcullen and walk towards the road bridge across the Liffey. The Well & Spout are clearly sign posted.
