Visit Notes

This barrow sits at the corner of a field next to a farm track and can be seen from the gate at the road. It is about 2m high and 8m in diameter.

Its location makes it quite uninspiring. If it was on a blasted heath it would be a good example of a barrow, as it appears not to have been interfered with too much. The grass around it is so long that it is hard to tell if there's any trace of a surrounding ditch.
