This is a huge standing stone! At its tallest point it measures around 2.5m. It is 2m wide and over 1m thick. By volume it must be one of the largest standing stones in Northern Ireland. The top of the stone has two high spots and looks as though it may have once been taller.

It stands on a ridge that runs north-south, offering good views. The farm buildings that stand around it do limit these somewhat, but there is a clear view to Knocklayd to the east. I was taken totally by surprise when I first saw this stone - it's really nice.
