This is a very odd bullaun stone! the boulder lacks a flat top, which means that the single bullaun is cut into a surface that slopes quite dramatically. You can tell from the level of the top of the bullaun that the stone has always stood like this - it has not been tipped up at any stage since the bullaun was cut.

This stone, the other nearby bullaun and the holy well in this field add a lot to Ullard church as a site. I'm surprised the signs at the church don't mention them.
