This is a very nice example of a bullaun stone. It only has one bullaun or basin, but the stone as a whole is really good. The boulder, which was probably once earthfast, is located in the middle of a Christmas tree plantation, next to a track on a gentle, south facing slope looking down towards the Derry River.

The boulder is dome-shaped and at least 1.5m in diameter. The single bullaun is placed fairly centrally.
