This panel measures 1.5m x 1m and is now incorporated into a field wall. It faces north, so as I approached it was in shadow. I soon started to find out where the motifs are on the surface by feeling around. They are roughly located all over it! There are at least 12 cup and ring motifs on this stone. One of them has two rings and a gutter. I didn't manage to capture the gutter properly in any of my pictures.
There is a line of four cup and rings down one edge. The rings around two of these intersect each other, making them look like a figure of eight. There are three similar pairs of cup and rings.
Photographing these with a flash doesn't really do them justice, but unless the sunlight is slanting across the stone perfectly it is the only way that the carvings will stand out.
