Unlike the other two tombs within the Mountdrum complex this one hadn't been cleared of its gorse bushes at the time of my visit. I could just make out a rise in the bushes and so was able to locate it.
Much of the cairn seems to have been robbed away, exposing a narrow gallery. This, however, is full of peat, heather and gorse, so it is rather tricky to work out what's going on. The gallery is definitely aligned east-west, but that just about all that can be said about it in this state.
