This mound is a bit scruffy. If it wasn't marked on the OS map you'd think it was a modern pile of soil from the road. The mound stands next to the road that goes along the ridge that leads northeast to Knocknashee (County Sligo). To the west the grounds drops away to the valley below, giving wonderful views of the Ox Mountains.
The mound is about 2m tall and 5m in diameter.
