The archaeological inventory for Cavan makes this site sound really interesting with chambers all over the place and remnants of a cairn. However, the site is so overgrown that it's almost impossible to see anything. All I could see the rear section of the gallery which does have an odd polygonal shape.
More interestingly to the fore of the monument the field has several large earthfast boulder, similar to the one near to Mullaghboy (County Cavan), just down the road.
