Visit Notes

This small ring barrow is now covered in bushes and trees that clearly define its outline. There is no mound remaining but the ring and bank surrounding it are clearly visible just inside the treeline.

It is situated on the top of a small hillock 30m from a car park in the hospital close to the 'Assisted Clinic'.

Not a lot has changed here. The trees that cover the barrow are now much fuller and make it impossible to really look inside and see the ditch. The trees on the slope to the east are now so big that you can't see the church anymore.
