If the trees all over the top of Saggart Hill hadn't recently been felled I doubt that I'd have found these remains very easily. As it is the grassy platform that constitutes what's left of the cairn is easy to see in the middle of the brown tree stumps.
Walking across the top of the platform you can tell that it is a cairn by the way that your ankles try to twist and snap every other step on the uneven surface. There is a slight dip around the circumference which may have been a ditch, but mmay just be a consequence of the plantation around it. The trees used to grow right up to the site, but they won't be allowed to do that again this time and will have to leave a good area around it.
The cairn is 1m high and 25m in diameter.
