Finding this site made no sense at all! The roads all seemed to be in the wrong place ... basically I got lost ...
Eventually I found it and was pleasantly surprised by the state of preservation - if you ignore the trig point that's been plonked on top of it.
The cairn is over 4m tall and 20m in diameter. Id it just a cairn or is there a passage in there somewhere? It is certainly in the right kind of place for a passage tomb. As with everywhere else today the weather was too poor to assess the views from this high spot.
