Visit Notes

Tuesday, 18th December 2001

This is sad to see. Three slabs loosely leaning upon one another for support as if huddled together either sobbing or just hiding in shame. Perhaps they are conspiring to seek vengeance upon whoever ruined their previous form, whatever they may be doing they certainly aren't worth a special visit.

It is truly impossible to imagine what these three forlorn stones may once have formed.

Directions

From Kilkenny take the N10 south and then head west along the R669. After just over 3.5km along the road there is a left turn, take this and after about 500m look into the fields through the gates. When you see three slabs of rock you've found it.
