This is very tricky to find. Finding the farm track is easy and locating the farm buildings simpler still, but the tomb is elusive and sitated to the very rear of the first barn that you reach on the right.
The large capstone is almost flush with the ground and the moss cover makes it almost blend in and disappear. The rear edge of the capstone is almost touching the rear of the barn. All that reamins are the two uprights and the cap.
The little wooded grove combined with the moss and the picturesque barn building actually make this otherwise bland site very pretty.
A fine example of a rare megalithic kist.

From Thomastown head south along the N9. Turn right oppostie the junction with the R699 and follow the road around until 50m or so past a level crossing. I (naughtily) parked in the gateway. Walk along the path until you reach the farm buildings. The tomb is immediately behind the first barn on the right.
