From this point onwards the weekend became both spectacular and frustrating. It was spectaular because of the wildlife and the views. It was frustrating because the official co-ordinates for most of the monuments are anything up to 200m in error. Luckily the flat Burren landscape helps you to spot monuments from some distance, walls and thorn hedges permitting.
This tomb is ruined. Just one wall slab remains standing (aligned north-south) and a few slabs lie scattered about. The north-south alignment makes it point at the cairns and wedge tomb at Leanna on the hill above.
We did see a hare nearby though which made it a special little visit.
