This was actually quite tricky to spot, because it is built into a large drystone wall next to a single storey house in a farmyard.
A large capstone rests against the single remaining capstone, which is leaning at 45 degrees. This would have originally stood at over 3m tall. One of the side stones of the chamber is also present but not in situ.
