Nestled in the woods to the northeast of the church is an odd pile of stones. Amongst these there are several pieces of sculptural masonry.
If you walk around to the northof these stones you find the well. Some steps lead down to a shallow looking pool that is actually within the pile of stones. Above the little doorway there is an inscribed plaque, but this is fairly unreadable.
