In a marshy strip between the road and the sea is this fine four stone stone row. The alignment points directly at a dip in the mountain to the east of Croagh Patrick, the magnificent holy mountain that dominates this site. The stones in the row are each about 1m tall.
Scattered about the alignment are many other standing stone, which may include the remains of a stone circle to the south next to the road.
The stone row on its own is great and it is added to by the presence of the other stones. The mystery of its interpretation is also added to by these other stones.
