This was a bit of a pilgrimage for me, because myself and Anthony Weir had come across a photograph of a superb looking mystery site and it was just possibly this one. Well, this isn't it and it's far from superb! And it's a very long excursion to get here and it really isn't all that worth it.
I actually got quite excited whilst driving here, because there are enormous signs leading the way here. Unfortunately, these only get you close. There is no sign to say that it is in (see fig. this) field! I only found it because I had the OS map with me.
The remains consist of a low, possibly full court and bits of the gallery. The views to the west out into Broad Haven and the Atlantic make the location quite superb, but a new bungalow right next to it removes any sense of place.
