Another mystery. The OS maps claim that this is the site of a holy well and a standing stone, but only the well is to be seen today. One prostrate stone could have once stood, so the following may be wrong: Is this another case of a Mayo map labelling two sites that are 300m apart in one spot?
The well is a very modern construction and all fowl concrete.
