Visit Notes

Sunday, 6th July 2003

I was totally unable to find the other bullaun stone marked 200m to the south of this one and this single bullaun took some finding. It is almost overgrown and I only spotted it because the grass around it was uncut. If the field hadn't recently been cut then I don't think I'd have found this one.

The stone is at ground level and the grass is slowly claiming it. The single depression is 25cm in diameter and around 10cm deep. It still hold water well.
